14KT rose gold hanger pendant/enhancer. This item opens on a hinge (top of the enhancer)  pendants slide easily onto the trapeze-like bar (bottom part of the enhancer)  the enhancer snaps securely shut. It can snap onto various widths of necklaces, pearls, beaded styles, leather/rubber, and any other thick style necklaces without having to fit over large bails.
